- dewi ratna Added February 22, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Disappointed with the shift manager Felicity who did not manage my situation appreciately. One, she did not acknowledge it.. Coffees came after half an hour, while still waiting on desserts. Requested 3 times for almond croissant not to be toasted. Manager was not involved with customers it orders. Only one waitress on floor this whole hour we are dining. Disappointed!!!
