- Yami G Added January 17, 2021★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was going to buy slides here but decided to leave after having such horrible customer service. No one asked if we needed help. I was holding the shoe waiting for someone to help me. Noticed a line so I stood behind it and this lady asked these guys in front of me who are already being served if they needed help but ignored my sister and I. I was a bit annoyed but let it go, she served the person in front and then asked us to wait a second and she went to the back without asking us what size we needed so she could bring it back or tell us she's on break and her co worker will serve us. We just decided to leave and take our money else where. Rather go to all the other shoe stores who acknowledge you as soon as you walk in even when busy which platypus didn't.
