sult - Suzanne Morrow Added August 27, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went in with lovely pointy tip French nails , I asked for a full set with tips and a full colour. Keep the same length and shape. I had 4 different people work on my nails and only 1 spoke English so while I was asking why it was being done different to usual I was told it's ok. I came out with a colour you could still see the French tip underneath , crooked and almond shape, not pointy.
That was after me saying, stop filing, your making them round and all different shapes. They were then visibly annoyed, behaved rude and although not happy still charged full price (which I paid just to get out of there and the experience over with). Never ever again will I go back there.
